Inspired by travels to Southeast Asia, Toly and Tien discovered their passion for delicious and affordable food. This passion led them to open their own catering business.
After starting a degree in business, Toly realised her love for cooking and decided to change her career path to hospitality management. This allowed her to combine her passion for Vietnamese food with her existing hospitality experience.
With nearly two decades of experience, Toly creates flavours and dishes that have been praised by happy customers. One customer exclaimed, “OMG your food is so delicious! Seriously, it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted.”
Tien, who grew up working alongside his parents in their award-winning restaurant for nearly three decades, has extensive experience with traditional flavours from family recipes.
Together, Toly and Tien are embarking on a new adventure, using their years of knowledge to achieve their goal of bringing great, healthy, tasty, and fresh food to their customers.
Our Flinders University outlet has been a resounding success for over a decade, serving students and faculty. We’ve also catered to major outdoor events across South Australia like Gluttony and WOMADelaide.
